SHIPPING

What are the delivery charges?

Shipping is FREE on all orders.

 

What is the delivery time?

All orders are shipped within 2 working days by reputed courier companies who provide express shipping.

Deliveries are usually made within 2-5 working days from shipment.

If your location is not serviced by our courier service providers, we will ship the order by registered speed post, and delivery may take 5-10 working days.

 

What happens if I am not at home and miss the courier?

If you are not present when our courier attempts to deliver your order, the courier will try to call or message you. Two additional attempts will be made on consecutive days, after which your package will be returned to our fulfilment center and your account will be refunded for the order amount.

 

Do you deliver outside India?

We only ship within India as of now.

 

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We take utmost care to match our products to the most stringent international quality standards. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will humbly take this feedback and genuinely improve to win you over the next time.

 

How do I initiate a Return / Exchange?

  1. Email us at connect@qiddosports.com to initiate a Reverse Pick-up along with your order number and Reason for return/exchange within 15 Days of delivery.
  2. Keep the package ready for our logistics partner to collect.
  3. We will get back to you and will arrange the pick up within 2 working days.
  4. On receipt of the article, the amount will be credited to your bank account OR you will get credits which can be used to purchase anything else from the website as per your choice.

 

How do I Cancel an Order?

Only orders that haven't left the fulfilment center can be cancelled. To cancel an order write to us at connect@qiddosports.com  along with your order number, and Reasons for cancelling. If the order has already been shipped from our fulfilment center, then you can refuse to accept the delivery and send it back with the courier. We will refund your order after it is received in our fulfilment center.

 

How long will the refund take?

Refund to Card/Bank Account - You can expect the refund within 3-5 business days post pickup. This duration may vary depending on your bank.

How are the orders fulfilled?

The orders are fulfilled by our Re-sellers - Eshopbox E-Commerce Pvt Ltd

 

How do I check my Order Status

You can check the status of your order by visiting the “Orders” section of your account. Visit the ‘Track Your Order’ section, where you will see a link to track your order.

Alternatively write to connect@qiddosports.com with your order number and will give you the status of your order.

 

How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed. The email will have all the details related to your order.

 

How do I redeem a coupon?

Once you have shortlisted the product you wish to buy, select the size, click Add to Bag and view your bag. Here you can enter your discount/coupon code, click on apply code, and follow the rest of the instructions to place your order.

 

Can I place a Bulk / Team Order?

If you wish to place a Bulk / Team Orders & have any other Business enquiry please write to us at connect@qiddosports.com. We shall revert to you within 24 hours.

How do I pay the courier person for Cash on Delivery purchase?

Please pay the courier person in cash only. We do not accept cheques or DDs.
